摘要
新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情防控的应急工作中暴露出部分临床医学专业学位硕士研究生对突发公共卫生事件缺少科学理性的认识和专业的辨别能力,心理素质较差、缺少医者担当,这与专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中的疏漏和瓶颈密切相关。文章针对存在问题进行总结归纳,并提出对策建议,旨在为临床医学专业学位研究生培养提供参考依据。
The emergency work of COVID-19 prevention and control reveals the lack of scientific and rational understanding and professional identity ability,the poor psychological quality and the lack of medical responsibility of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine aiming to obtain a professional degree when they are facing public health emergencies,which is closely related to the negligence and bottleneck in the process of cultivating them.This article summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine.
