摘要
基于精准督导的渊源、内涵以及外延,对高职院校精准督导的概念进行了解析。当前,高职院校精准督导过程中存在着督导理念落后、督导内容偏窄、督导方法简单、督导队伍失能、督导反馈失位等问题。高职院校实施精准督导,要树立科学发展理念,创新精准督导方式,适时调整督导重心,拓宽渠道提升督导水平。同时,在督导过程中,要注重机制构建、典型引导,避免泛化倾向,切实实现精准督导。
Based on the origin,connotation and extension of precision supervision,this paper analyzed the concept of precision supervision in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in the process of precise supervision in higher vocational colleges,such as backward supervision concept,narrow supervision content,simple supervision method,incompetence of supervision team,loss of supervision feedback,etc.The implementation of precision supervision in higher vocational colleges should establish the concept of scientific development,innovate the mode of accurate supervision,timely adjust the focus of supervision,broaden channels and improve the level of supervision.At the same time,in the process of supervision,we should pay attention to the construction of mechanism and typical guidance,avoid the tendency of generalization,and carry out precision supervision in real.
