摘要
变压吸附技术作为重要的气体分离方法,在燃烧后碳捕集过程中显现出了明显的优势。本文详细介绍了变压吸附碳捕集技术的原理以及多塔多层变压吸附和变温变压吸附两种变压吸附的衍生工艺,综述了适用于变压吸附的碳基材料、沸石分子筛以及金属有机框架等物理吸附材料和胺基修饰的多孔材料以及聚合离子液体等化学吸附材料的研究进展,并在此基础上讨论了变压吸附技术在碳捕集方面存在的问题。
As an important gas separation method,pressure swing adsorption technology has obvious advantages in the process of postcombustion carbon capture.In this paper,the principle of pressure swing adsorption technology and two derivative technologies including multi-layer adsorption,temperature and pressure swing adsorption were analyzed in detail.The research progress of physical adsorption materials was introduced,such as carbon based materials,zeolite,metal organic framework,amino modified porous materials,polymeric ionic liquid and so on.On this basis,the existing problems of PSA in carbon capture were discussed.
