摘要
目的:子宫脱垂产妇采用针灸结合盆底肌功能锻炼治疗的效果进行观察。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月期间子宫脱垂产妇74例,随机分为观察组与对照组各37例。对照组采用盆底肌功能锻炼方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合针刺疗法治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组盆底肌力Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者占比均下降(P<0.05),Ⅳ级患者占比均增加(P<0.05),但治疗后观察组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者占比均低于对照组,Ⅳ级患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PSIQ、PFDI-20及PFIQ-7评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对产后出现子宫脱垂的产妇采用针刺结合盆底肌功能锻炼方法治疗,对患者子宫脱垂症状有明显改善作用,可促使患者盆底功能有效恢复,对患者生活质量改善明显,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise in the treatment of prolapse of uterus.Methods:74 cases of uterine prolapse from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle functional exercise.The observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the proportion of grade Ⅳ patients increased(P<0.05).However,after treatment,the proportion of Grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of grade Ⅳ patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PSIQ,PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise can improve the symptoms of uterine prolapse,promote the effective recovery of pelvic floor function,improve the quality of life of the patients,and have a definite effect,which is worth popularizing.
