摘要
对低温高磁感取向硅钢(即HiB钢)点状露晶缺陷进行了观测,通过研究缺陷微观形貌,发现底层形成的厚薄状态是导致点状露晶缺陷的主要原因。针对底层形成,找到HiB钢在退火工艺中附加氧化和内氧化层厚度两个关键影响因素;通过工艺调整,增加内氧化层厚度和加强附加氧化,有效地解决了HiB钢点状露晶缺陷的发生。
In this paper,spot defects of Low temperature slab reheating hot rolling high permeability(HiB)silicon steel were detected through observation.The micro morphology of the defects and the formation process of the MgSiO3 glass film of HiB steel was studied by further experiments.It is found that the thickness of the glass film formed was the main reason for the spot defects.In addition,two key factors affecting the glass film formation——the internal oxidation layer and additional oxidation were detected.To eliminate spot defect,adjustments should be made in production process of HiB steel to increase the thickness of internal oxidation layer and improve the process of additional oxidation layer.
