摘要
为降低金矿石的冶炼成本、获得高品位精矿,以胶东地区某金矿含金2.80 g/t的矿石为研究对象,将原“全浮选”选矿工艺改进为“重选+浮选”联合工艺,采用“离心机粗选+摇床精选”工艺重选金矿石,浮选离心机粗选尾矿。该工艺与原工艺下的选矿结果对比分析表明,改进后的工艺可获得含金294.87 g/t左右的重选精矿及含金32.88 g/t的浮选精矿,总回收率达到90.12%。改进后的工艺可获得高品质重选精矿,降低浮选工艺药剂用量。
This paper aims to obtain higher-grade concentrates by reducing the smelting cost of gold ore.The study taking a gold mine in Jiaodong area containing 2.80 g/t gold as the research object involves improving the original"full flotation"beneficiation process to a combination of"gravity separation+flotation"Craft;re-separating gold ore by employing the process of"centrifuge roughing+cleaning by shaking tables";rough-separating tailings using flotation centrifuge;and comparing and analyzing the results of novel process and the original process.The results show that the improved process can enable a gravity separation concentrate with a gold content of about 294.87 g/t and a flotation concentrate with a gold content of 32.88 g/t,with a total recovery rate of 90.12%and leads to a higher-quality gravity separation concentrate and a reduced dosage of flotation process agents.
