摘要
心房颤动患者的房室瓣反流具有独立特点,近期提出了心房功能性房室瓣反流这一概念.心房颤动不只是单纯的心律失常,应该是心肌组织、房室瓣瓣膜及瓣环、心律失常及心脏功能等多个因素相互作用的病理过程.在面对心房颤动患者时,需要根据心房颤动患者房室瓣结构和功能的不同阶段制定相应的个性化治疗方案.
Atrioventricular valve regugitation has some independent characteristics in patients with atrial firilation(AF).Rccently,the concpt of atrial functional arioventricular valve regurgiation is proposed.AF is not just a simple arbythmia.It should be a pathological processs of interaction of mutiple factrs such as myocardial tssue,aroventricular valve and valve ring,arrhythmia and cardiac function.Individualized tratment protocols should be developed acoring to the dffent stages of atioventicular valve structure and finction in AF patients.
