摘要
低合金高强结构钢以其高强韧性、易成型和良好的焊接性等优势广泛应用于工程机械装备制造领域。围绕我国油气钻井装备用典型低合金高强度结构钢的需求及其研制现状进行分析。重点分析了国内具有较大用量和较好应用前景的Q460、Q550及Q690典型低合金钢板研制及焊接技术的研究情况,对油气钻井装备用低合金钢发展应用提出了建议。
Low Alloy high strength structural steel is widely used in various construction machinery structures for its high strength and toughness,easy forming and excellent weldability.This paper focuses on the analysis of the demand,research status and development of low alloy high strength structural steels for oil and gas equipment in China.The research on the manufacturing and welding process of typical low alloy steels Q460,Q550 and Q690 with strong application prospect is analyzed.Finally,suggestions for application of low alloy high strength structural steels in oil and gas drilling equipment are given.
