一种基于毛细管法的注入剖面井下流体粘度测量方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高聚合物驱油效率,了解聚合物在注入井内不同层位的分布情况,减小地面修正计算粘度与井下实际粘度的差距,需要对井下各个层位的聚合物溶液粘度进行在线测量。介绍了一种毛细管法井下流体粘度测量方法,其测量原理是基于粘度计内部的毛细管对匀速通过的井下液体进行节流,监测毛细管两侧的压力梯度,由压力梯度计算流体粘度。在粘度计结构上阐述了传动机构和单向吸液活塞的设计;电路上重点说明了粘度计的信号通讯和喷射控制;实验室内完成了粘度计喷射速度的检测以及针对10种不同粘度溶液的压力梯度测试。实验和现场测井证明毛细管法井下流体粘度测量方法测井效率高,测得的粘度变化反应明显,对于中低粘度的聚驱井有较好的应用前景。 In order to improve the efficiency of polymer flooding,understand the distribution of polymer in different layers of injection well,and reduce the difference between the calculated viscosity of surface correction and the actual viscosity of downhole,it is necessary to mea-sure the viscosity of polymer solution in each layer of downhole in-situ.Therefore,a method of measuring the viscosity of downhole fluid by capillary method is introduced.The measurement principle is based on the downhole liquid throttling through the capillary inside the visco-meter at a constant speed,monitoring the pressure gradient on both sides of the capillary,and calculating the fluid viscosity from the pressure gradient.For the structure of viscometer,the design of transmission mechanism and one-way suction piston is described.For the circuit,the signal communication and injection control of viscometer are emphasized.The detection of injection speed of viscometer and the pressure gradient test for 10 different viscosity solutions are completed in the laboratory.Through experiments and field logging,it is proved that the capillary method has high logging efficiency and obvious viscosity change reaction,which has a good application prospect for polymer flooding wells with low viscosity.
