钛合金钻杆用Ti5Al3VMoZr合金的Tα/β相转变温度研究 被引量:4

摘要 钛合金钻杆具有密度低、强韧性好、耐疲劳及耐腐蚀性能好等优点,是当前油气工业研究的热点。通过连续升温金相法、DSC差热分析法和计算法研究确定了钛合金钻杆用Ti5Al3VMoZr合金的Tα/β相转变温度。结果表明,通过连续升温金相法所测的Tα/β相转变温度为970℃;DSC差热分析法由于在加热过程中产生热滞后,所测的Tα/β相转变温度为980℃;计算法所测的Tα/β相转变温度为966.3℃。综合三种方法所测结果,确定了Ti5Al3VMoZr合金的Tα/β相转变温度为970℃。根据该Tα/β相转变温度结果可合理制定钛合金钻杆用Ti5Al3VMoZr合金管材的热处理工艺。 Titanium alloy drill pipe has the advantages of low density,good toughness,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance,etc.It is a highlight in current oil and gas industry research.In this paper,the Tα/β phase transition temperature of Ti5Al3VMoZr alloy for titanium alloy drill pipe is determined by three methods,which are continuous temperature metallographic method,DSC differential thermal analysis method and calculation method.The result of continuous heating metallurgical method is 970℃.DSC differential thermal analysis method has a thermal lag during heating,and the result is 980℃.The result of calculation method is 966.3℃.By combining results of the three methods,the Tα/βphase transition temperature of Ti5Al3VMoZr alloy is determine to be 970℃.The above research results provide a laboratory data basis for rationally formulating the heat treatment process of Ti5Al3VMoZr alloy pipe for titanium alloy drill pipe.
