小水电退网对地区电网潮流分布的影响 被引量:2

摘要 小水电的过度开发给电网安全稳定运行以及生态环境管理带来考验,使得部分小水电面临整顿退网。针对小水电退网后对地区电网潮流分布的影响,以某地区220kV电网为例,综合考虑小水电未退网前的4月丰水期和小水电退网后的7月夏季高峰、12月冬季高峰三种具体情形,借助PSASP(Power System Analysis Synthesis Program)软件平台,对该地区220 kV电网潮流进行了计算,分析了小水电退网前后是否能够满足潮流稳定最低要求,并基于N-1原则判断了220 kV线路能否安全运行。最后,总结了小水电退网对该地区电网潮流分布的影响,提出了保证小水电退网后区域电网稳定运行的建议。 The excessive development of small hydropower has brought challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the management of ecological environment, causing some small hydropower to face rectification or withdrawal from the grid. In the face of the impact of the distribution of load flow of the regional power grid after small hydropower exited the grid, this paper takes a 220 kV regional power grid as an example. Considering three specific scenarios such as the high water period in April before the small hydropower withdrawal, the summer peak in July and the winter peak in December after the small hydropower withdrawal, this paper analyzes the minimum requirements for the stability of load flow by using PSASP(Power System Analysis Synthesis Program) and judges operation safety of this 220 kV regional power grid by applying the N-1 principle. Finally,the paper summaries the influence on the distribution of the load flow to this region about the withdrawal of small hydropower, and proposes some suggestions to ensure the regional power grid operating steadily after the withdrawal of small hydropower.
