摘要
锂离子电池作为水下航行器主要能源,它的寿命是限制装备使用的关键因素之一,并且,水下航行器大部分时间都处于存储搁置状态,为了更好地制定维护使用方案,需要对锂离子电池的存储寿命进行预测。通过分析实验数据,建立寿命预测模型和寿命预测误差模型,使用蒙特卡罗方法进行仿真计算,计算结果表明,在100%SOC、25℃存储时,锂离子电池有90%以上的可能性存储寿命超过3年。
Lithium-ion battery is the main energy source of underwater vehicles.Its life is one of the most critical factors that limit the use of equipment.Moreover,most of the time underwater vehicles are in storage and shelving.In order to better formulate usage plans and maintenance measures,it is necessary to predict the storage life of lithium-ion batteries.A life prediction model was established by analyzing the experimental data,and a life prediction error model was also established.A simulation test using Monte Carlo method was performed.The results show that the storage life of lithium-ion battery has more than 90%possibility to exceed 3 years when stored at 100%SOC and 25℃.
