摘要
某石化公司酸性水汽提装置塔盘、浮阀、重沸器、冷换设备表面经常发生严重结垢,通过对进装置各原料水、垢渣进行金属含量及红外实验分析,发现酸性水中焦粉、金属离子和油性物是装置结垢根源。在一定温度、pH值等条件下,碳氢类有机化合物在塔体中与酸性物质反应生成胶状物,胶状物与碳粉、金属离子及其它粒子相互吸附、粘连、包裹和聚集引起结垢。
Severe scaling often occurred on the surface of tray,floating valve,reboiler and cold exchange equipment of acidic water stripper of a petrochemical company.Through the analysis of metal content and infrared experiment of each feedstock water and scaling residue,it is found that coke powder,metal ion and oily substance in acidic water were the root causes of plant scaling.Under certain temperature,pH value and other conditions,hydrocarbon organic compounds react with acidic substances in the tower body to form gelatinous materials,which adsorb,adhere,wrap and aggregate with carbon powder,metal ions and other particles,and finally formed scaling.
