摘要
该文分析了农村青年带头人的培养对实施乡村振兴战略的关键作用,梳理了农村青年带头人的成长共性和培养的不足等问题,提出要完善健全党建引领的人才培养支持制度、发挥农村青年带头人的主体性作用、建立系统化分层的一体化农村人才培养的激励机制、搭建信息资源共享等培养农村青年带头人的创新策略,为乡村人才振兴提供建议参考,为提升“三农”工作的人才队伍建设提供路径选择。
This paper mainly analyzes the key role of the cultivation of rural youth leaders in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy from the background of the rural revitalization strategy,and combs out the common features of the growth of rural youth leaders and the shortcomings of the cultivation,etc..It is proposed that the strategy of innovative cultivation of rural youth leaders should be studied from the following aspects,which include perfecting the support system for cultivating talents led by the Party building,giving full play to the leading role of rural youth leaders,establishing a systematic and integrated training and incentive mechanism for rural talents and setting up information resources sharing,with a view to providing recommendations for the revitalization of rural talent and providing a path choice for promoting the talent team building of"three rural"work.
