摘要
目的研究精神发育迟缓患儿利用激光针灸治疗,分析其对患儿语言障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2020年1月期间商丘市第一人民医院确诊并接受治疗伴语言障碍的105例精神发育迟缓患儿作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组50例,治疗组为55例,对照组患儿接受语言训练结合基本康复的治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上增加激光针灸的治疗,患儿每隔1 d接受一次治疗,1个疗程为10次治疗,连续接受3个疗程的治疗,即2个月。观察评定两组患儿治疗前后发育商,语言商,Gesell语言发育智商,以对其语言功能进行评估。结果治疗后两组患儿在语言能力、适应能力及社会行为评分、精细运动及大运动得分与治疗前比较均有明显提升(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患儿的语言、适应及社会行为评分提升效果更为显著(P<0.05);而精细及大运动无明显区别(P>0.05)。治疗组患儿的理解水平和表达水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿语言及个人-社交商评分均较治疗前显著提升(P<0.05);且与对照组比较,治疗组的提升效果更为显著(P<0.05)。对照组患儿总有效率为56.00%(28/50),治疗组总有效率为85.45%(47/55),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光针灸对于精神发育迟缓患儿的治疗临床效果确切,可明显促进患儿智力发育,提升其语言功能,可在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study the treatment of children with mental retardation using laser acupuncture and analyze its effect on children with language disorders.Methods 105 children with mental retardation who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.There were 50 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group.The children in the control group received language training combined with basic rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group increased on the basis of the treatment plan in the control group.In addition to laser acupuncture treatment,the children received treatment once every 2 d,10 times for a course of treatment,three courses of treatment,that is,2 months.Before and after treatment,all the selected children need to receive developmental quotient,language quotient and Gesell language developmentintelligence quotientto evaluate their language function.Results After treatment,the language ability,adaptability and social behavior scores,fine motor and grand motor scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the language of the children in the treatment group,Adaptation and social behavior score improvement effect is more significant(P<0.05);but there is no significant difference between fine and large exercise(P>0.05).The understanding and expression levels of children in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the language and personal-social quotient scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the improvement effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the control group was 56.00%(28/50),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.45%(47/55).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser acupuncture is effective in the treatment of mental retardation of children.It can significantly promote the children’s intellectual development and improve their language function,which can be widely used clinically.
