摘要
针对客户对高速卧式数控铣床的需求,设计了一套新的主传动结构,并对制造过程中的主轴箱体振动问题进行了分析并提出改进方法,对改进前后的主轴进行了剩余不平衡量以及切削振动检测,同时在最大扭矩工况下检验了传动轴的刚度。对比发现,采用碳纤维材质的传动轴动平衡效果和切削振动效果改善明显,并且刚度足以满足机床极限工况。
According to the customer′s demand for high-speed horizontal CNC milling machine,a new set of main transmission structure is designed.The vibration problem of the spindle box in the manufacturing process is analyzed and the improvement method is proposed.The residual unbalance and cutting vibration of the spindle before and after improvement are detected.At the same time,the stiffness of the drive shaft is tested under the maximum torque condition.The comparison shows that the dynamic balance effect and cutting vibration effect of the transmission shaft made of carbon fiber are improved obviously,and the rigidity is enough to meet the limit working conditions of the machine tool.
