摘要
建设项目竣工环境保护验收是贯彻落实建设项目环境保护“三同时”制度的重要环节。随着《建设项目竣工环境保护验收暂行办法》的实施,竣工环保验收主体由环境保护行政主管部门转变为建设单位,但是建设单位在开展自主验收时存在诸多问题。本文分析了建设项目竣工环保自主验收存在的常见问题,并提出了相关对策,以期优化建设项目竣工环保自主验收。
The environmental protection acceptance of construction projects is an important link in the implementation of the"three simultaneous"system of construction projects.With the implementation of the"Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects",the subject of environmental protection acceptance of completed construction has changed from the environmental protection administrative department to the construction unit,but the construction unit has many problems in carrying out the independent inspection and acceptance.This paper analyzes the common problems in the environmental protection autonomous acceptance of construction projects,and proposes relevant countermeasures to optimize the environmental protection autonomous acceptance of construction projects.
