军队医院任职教育中教员准备情况的调查 被引量:2

摘要 以自编问卷调查为工具,旨在从经验资历、准备时间充足性、对学员的了解、对培训任务的了解、具体教学准备五方面,对军队医院医护人员任职教育中的教员准备情况进行调查。结果显示,(1)从职称来看,教员中缺少任职教育教学经验的教员占比依次为初级、中级和高级;(2)绝大部分教员至少在开训前1个月得知承训任务,认为准备时间充足,在开训前两周得知培训任务的教员认为准备时间有些仓促;(3)教员认为有必要了解的信息与实际了解的信息存在明显差异;(4)教员对培训任务缺少整体的了解;(5)大多数教员未参加过集体备课,教学准备主要依靠个人钻研。根据调查结果为今后的培训提出建议。 Using self-made questionnaire survey as a tool,this study investigated the teaching preparation of medical staff in military hospital from five aspects:experience and qualification,adequacy of preparation time,understanding of trainees,understanding of training tasks and specific teaching preparation.The results showed that:①in terms of professional titles,the proportion of teachers who lack experience in post education and teaching were junior,intermediate and senior;②most teachers knew the training task at least one month before the training,and thought that the preparation time was sufficient;the teachers who knew the training task two weeks before the training thought that the preparation time was a little short;③the information that teachers thought necessary to know was obviously different from the information that they actually knew;④teachers lack of overall understanding of training tasks;⑤most teachers have not participated in collective lesson preparation,and their teaching prepara⁃tion mainly depended on personal research.Based on the survey results,suggestions for future training have been put forward.
