摘要 胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms,IPMN)起源于胰腺主胰管或分支胰管的导管上皮,以胰腺导管上皮异常增生并分泌大量黏液为特征,是临床少见的胰腺囊性肿瘤[1],病理分型包括轻度、中度、重度不典型增生及伴浸润癌4种[2]。近年来,胰腺IPMN检出率呈逐年上升趋势。本组通过回顾分析不同类型胰腺IPMN的术前超声表现,旨在提高对该病的认识及术前超声诊断准确率。
