摘要
文章从海南鸡饭的起源之争入手,探究了近些年来新加坡和马来西亚关于海南鸡饭起源之说的不同版本,以及海南鸡饭与海南本土鸡饭的渊源。从“蜂窝式”社会结构看海南鸡饭的产生和发展,以新古典“结构-功能论”为视角,分析海南鸡饭在东南亚发展传承过程中结构和功能所发生的变化及其背后深刻的文化内涵与价值。海南鸡饭是一个“跨文化”的产物,有着海南侨乡饮食“南洋化”和南洋饮食“海南化”的特点。文化遗产在一个地区或国家发展中具有不可忽视的重要性,海上丝绸之路的海南文化遗产在历史上发挥过一定的作用,但是,其在当下的作用明显不足。海南文化遗产在未来建设自由贸易港(区)过程中和在海上丝绸之路复兴过程中,都将发挥较大的作用。
Starting from the debate over the origin of Hainan chicken rice,this paper explores the different versions of the origin of Hainan chicken rice in Singapore and Malaysia in recent years,as well as the origin of Hainan chicken rice and Hainan native chicken rice respectively.The authors of the paper explore the emergence and development of Hainan chicken rice from the“honeycomb”social structure,and analyze the changes in the structure and function of Hainan chicken rice in the process of its development and inheritance in Southeast Asia and its profound cultural connotation and value from the perspective of the neoclassical“structure function theory”.As a“cross-cultural”product,Hainan chicken rice embraces the regional traits of the Hainan cuisine in Southeast Asia as well as the peculiar features of Hainan in Nanyang cuisine.Cultural heritage is of great importance in the development of a region or country,and Hainan’s cultural heritage has played a certain role in the history of the Maritime Silk Road,but its current role is obviously inadequate.The authors hope that Hainan’s cultural heritage can play a greater role in the construction of a free trade port(area)in the future and in the revival of the Maritime Silk Road.
