摘要 针对驮背运输车的功能及动作需求,设计了整个液压系统。对驮背车的各个机构进行负载及动作分析,对机构中的端部底架支撑、左/右移动滑台伸缩、支撑、凹底架升降等4处的液压缸进行了合理布置,并进一步计算了液压系统的主要参数,合理选择了液压系统的元器件。设计了整个控制回路,并设计了凹底架升降和端部底架支撑升降两种不同方式的同步回路。经过样车试验及小批量运用考验结果表明:各机构工作速度均在适宜范围,液压系统工作正常、可靠。 Based on the functions and movements of the pocket wagon,the whole hydraulic system was developed.The loading conditions and movements of each mechanism of the pocket wagon was studied,and the hydraulic cylinders for the underframe supporting,left/right side movement and supporting of the sliding platform,and lifting of the pocket frame were arranged reasonably.The components and parts of the hydraulic system were selected in accordance with the calculated parameters of the hydraulic system.A complete control circuit was developed,as well as the synchronizing circuit for the two different movements,i.e.lifting of the pocket frame and lifting and supporting of the end underframe.The results of prototype tests and the trial operation of small amount show that the working rate of each mechanism is within the suitable range,and the hydraulic system can work normally and reliably.
