摘要
针对上海轨道交通信号系统的设备管理现状及超大规模运营环境下设备维护管理需求,基于故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术,构建了信号系统健康管理体系。通过对健康管理体系的不断升级以及人事物态的持续优化,可实现上海轨道交通信号系统的设备全寿命周期健康管理,以及系统状态修、智能预测诊断及故障快速响应。
Based on the current equipment management situation of Shanghai rail transit signal system and the equipment maintenance and management requirements in hyperscale operational environment,signal system health management system is built on the basis of Prognostic and Health Management(PHM)technology.Through continuous upgrade of health management system and optimization of status,the whole life cycle health management of equipment in Shanghai rail transit signal system can be realized,as well as system status modification,intelligent prediction and diagnosis,and quick response to faults.
