摘要
地铁场段主要负责车辆的停放、检修、整备等作业,其中检修作业包括车辆、接触网、信号设备等多专业交叉作业。利用自动化手段安全、高效地管理地铁场段检修作业,对提高场段工作效率、加强行车安全及人员安全具有重要意义。分析了地铁自动化场段检修作业主要安全风险,介绍了地铁综合自动化场段检修作业安全管控系统的构成、功能、用途、接口等,阐述了该系统检修作业工作流程的安全管控机制。
The metro vehicle depot is mainly responsible for the parking,maintenance and preparation of vehicles,among which maintenance includes multi-professional cross operations such as vehicle,catenary,signal equipment.It is of great significance to improve the working efficiency of vehicle base,to strengthen the safety of driving and personnel by using automatic means to manage the maintenance operation of vehicle depot safely and efficiently.Main safety risks of the maintenance operation in the metro automation depot are analyzed,and the composition,functionality,purpose,entry and more aspects of the metro integrated automation depot maintenance operation safety management and control system are introduced.The safety control mechanism of the maintenance operation procedure of this system is expounded.
