摘要
目前我国汽车产前零部件物流领域,汽车零部件的大小类型包装转换工作是一个不可缺少的物流操作环节,由于汽车产前零部件的包装形式与包装特点不同,该环节需要大量的人工进行简单重复性的劳动,增加了汽车的物流成本。因此,为了提升效率、降低成本,在汽车零部件转换包装分拣类物流环节中采用自动化技术成为发展趋势。基于机器视觉的汽车零部件自动分拣系统主要由机电设备和工业信息管理系统组成,包含了工业机器人和机器视觉用技术,是较为复杂的自动分拣系统,能为汽车零部件物流自动化分拣提出新的发展思路。
At present,in the field of automobile parts logistics in China,the transformation of size and type of automobile parts packaging is an indispensable part of logistics operation.Due to the different packaging forms and characteristics of automobile prenatal parts,this link requires a lot of labor to carry out simple and repetitive labor,which increases the logistics cost of automobile.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost,automation technology in logistics operation has been becoming a new tendency.In this thesis,the auto parts sorting system based on machine vision is mainly composed of mechanical and electrical equipment and industrial information management system,including industrial robot and machine vision technology.It is a complex automatic sorting system,which can put forward new development ideas for automatic sorting of automobile parts logistics.
