摘要
目的探讨体检人群中体重指数与高血压,高血脂,高尿酸血症之间的关系,为我市市民健康管理提供可靠依据。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月于本院接受体检的7004名体检者为研究对象,检测体重指数、血压,对血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白及血糖和尿酸进行检测,对相关资料进行统计学分析,探讨体重指数与其他体征之间的相关性。结果在接受体检的人群中,平均BMI(26.42±3.54)kg/m~2,其中男(26.36±2.76)kg/m~2,女(26.49±2.85)kg/m~2。受试者中无消瘦者,超重和肥胖检出率分别为61.29%和23.80%;超重和肥胖患者的BP、血脂、FPG及SUA异常率均高于BMI正常人群;超重率、肥胖率、血脂和血尿酸异常率在45~59岁达到峰值。此外,控制年龄因素的偏相关分析显示,BMI与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关,与收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯和血尿酸呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论超重和肥胖与血压、血脂、血糖和血尿酸的异常密切相关,本市市民的超重率、肥胖率偏高,应加强体质量控制,降低由此引发的健康危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index and hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia in the physical examination population,and provide a reliable basis for the health management of the citizens of our city.Methods The survey selected 7004 patients who came to our physical examination center of our hospital in Taiyuan city from January 2014 to December 2017.The relevant data were statistically analyzed to explore the correlation between BMI and other signs by measuring BMI and blood pressure.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),TG,TC,HDL-C and serum uric acid.Results In the group receiving physical examination,the average BMI of the group is(26.42±3.54)kg/m~2,among which the male is(26.36±2.76)kg/m~2 and the female is(26.49±2.85)kg/m~2.The detection rates of overweight and obesity were 61.29%and 23.80%,respectively.The abnormal rates of BP,blood lipid,FPG and SUA in overweight and obese patients were higher than those in normal BMI.Overweight rate,obesity rate,abnormal blood lipid and uric acid rate peak in 45-years old.In addition,partial correlation analysis of age control factors showed that BMI was negatively correlated with HDL-C,and positively correlated with BP,FPG,TC,LDL-C and SUA(P<0.01).Conclusion BMI is closely related to the hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycaemia and hyperuricemia.Overweight and obesity should be attached great importance to prevention of its related diseases be strengthened to avoid or reduce the harm of higher BMI to people’s health.
