摘要
某飞机液压系统液压油箱排气导管发生断裂故障,通过宏观观察、金相检验、硬度测试及微观观察等方法,结合排气导管的管路布局和使用工况,对其断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:排气导管的断裂模式为双向弯曲疲劳断裂,因为其承受了顺航向横向方向的异常载荷,异常载荷可能与液压油箱的固定方式有关。
The exhaust pipe of hydraulic tank in an aircraft hydraulic system fractured.The causes of fracture were analyzed by means of macro observation,metallographic examination,hardness test and micro observation,combined with the pipe layout and service conditions of the exhaust pipe.The results show that the fracture mode of exhaust pipe was bidirectional bending fatigue fracture,because it bore the abnormal load along the transverse direction,and the abnormal load may been related to the fixing mode of hydraulic oil tank.
