摘要
以某电子工业洁净厂房为例,介绍其净化空调系统设计参数、空调冷热源和加湿水源的选择,重点阐述净化空调系统形式、洁净循环风量取值及高效过滤单元、回风夹道、风机盘管机组、独立回风设计原则,叙述新风机组主要功能段、新风处理过程及净化空调系统控制等,指出同类厂房净化空调系统设计中应该注意的问题。
Taking one electronic industry clean room as example,the design parameters of the clean air-conditioning system,as well as the cooling source &heating source and humidification water source are introduced.It mainly elaborates the clean air-conditioning system form,the clean circulating air volume,and the design principles of high efficient fan filter unit(FFU),return air chase,fan coil unit and the independent return air.The composition of fresh air treatment unit and its treatment process,as well as the control of clean air-conditioning sytem are described.Finally,it summarizes some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of clean air-conditioning system for the same kind of industry room.
