摘要
中华人民共和国成立七十多年以来,教育事业得到很大的发展,教育督导工作也全面展开。受历史影响和复杂国情的制约,我国教育督导工作在快速发展过程中存在一些不足,面临一些困难。深化教育督导体制改革,依托政策和法律,推进教育督导机构的独立发展,维护教育督导的权威性;建设专业化、规范化的教育督导队伍,重视教育督导的监督、检查、评估、指导的职能一体化;促进教育督导的个性化发展,增强教育事业的创新性,加强民主监督,是我国教育督导事业深化改革的大势所趋。
China’s educational occupation have made a great progress and the work of educational supervi⁃sion has been fully restored during the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago.Meanwhile,the education supervision development is also having some shortcomings and difficulties in the rapid development for the influence of history and the constraints of complex national conditions.The main contents of deepening the reform of educational supervision in China including deepening the reform of educational supervision system,then promoting the independent development of educational supervision institutions and safeguarding the authori⁃ty of educational supervision by relying on policies and laws.On the other hands,building a professional and standardized team of educational supervisors and attach importance to the integration of the functions of supervi⁃sion,inspection,evaluation and guidance of educational supervision;Promoting the individualized development of educational supervision,enhancing the innovation of educational undertakings and strengthening democratic supervision.
