摘要
采用SAl4043铝合金焊丝对坡口根部间隙分别为8 mm、10 mm、12 mm,坡口角度为60°的20 mm厚6061-T6铝合金板进行熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG),借助化学成分分析仪、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪等对三种坡口间隙不同位置处的焊接接头化学成分和组织演化过程进行了系统的分析研究。结果表明:随着坡口根部间隙的增大,焊接接头的化学成分受6061-T6铝合金过渡及金属烧损影响越小,焊接接头组织中共晶体的变化与化学成分变化趋势保持一致。综合考虑焊接效率和母材对焊接接头的影响程度,根部间隙为10 mm时可以客观地评价铝合金焊丝焊接接头的质量。
The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy plate with groove root clearance of 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm and groove angle of 60° was MIG welded with SAL4043 aluminum alloy welding wire. By means of chemical composition analyzer, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer, the chemical composition and microstructure evolution process of three kinds of groove clearance at different positions were systematically studied and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of groove root clearance, the influence of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy transition and metal burning on the chemical composition of welded joint is less, and the change trend of eutectic in welded joint is consistent with that of chemical composition. Considering the influence of welding efficiency and base metal on the welding joint, the quality of aluminum alloy welding wire can be objectively evaluated when the root clearance is 10 mm.
