摘要
目的探讨钛丝缝合线应用于局部皮瓣修复面部缺损的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年11月,面部外伤行皮瓣修复的93例患者随机分为两组,分别采用钛丝缝合线(观察组50例)与传统可吸收线(对照组43例)缝合面部皮瓣,对比观察两组患者在住院时间、瘢痕评分、术后伤口并发症方面的差异。结果 93例患者术后愈合良好,无不良反应。观察组与对照组的住院时间比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);瘢痕评分及伤口术后并发症评分,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钛丝缝合线的生物相容性良好、理化性能稳定,具备良好的材料强度、组织兼容性、人机工程学、组织把持能力、耐微生物侵蚀性等优点,特别适用于皮瓣修复面部缺损创伤手术,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of titanium wire suture in the repair of facial defects with local flaps.Methods From January 2017 to November 2019, 93 patients with facial defects were repaired by flaps. All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 patients in the observation group and 43 patients in the control group. The facial flap was sutured by titanium wire suture in the observation group and by traditional absorbable suture in the control group. The differences of length of hospital stay, scores of scar and postoperative complications of wounds between two groups were compared. Results Ninety-three patients healed well after operation. No adverse reactions occurred. There was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). The difference of scores of scar and postoperative complications of wounds was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The biocompatibility of titanium wire suture is good and the physicochemical property is stable. The titanium wire suture has advantages such as good material strength, tissue compatibility, ergonomics, holding power of tissue and resistance to microbial erosion. It is especially suitable for the repair of facial defects with flaps. It is should be considerable to popularization and application.
