摘要 某多金属矿是一座国内典型的复杂岩溶大水矿山。为最大限度经济回收矿产资源,提高矿山经济效益,对该矿进行创新性改扩建。针对该项目复杂的水文地质条件,采取了创新型组合防治水方案,达到了安全有效的防治水效果,大幅降低了矿山的排水费用;采用双中段高效回采工艺,对选矿工艺及设备进行优化,成功将采选规模从300 kt/a扩产至600 kt/a,取得了显著的经济、环境和社会效益。 A pdymetallic mine is a typical complex karst water-rich mine in China.In order to maximize the recovery of mineral resources in economic way and improve the economic benefits of the mine,innovation and expansion are carried out for the mine.In view of the complex hydro-geological condition of the project,the innovative water prevention and control combination scheme is adopted,which achieves safe and effective water control effect and greatly reduces the drainage cost of the mine.The double-level high efficiency stoping technology is adopted to optimize the processing technology and equipment.The mining and processing scale is successfully expanded from 300 kt/a to 600 kt/a,which achieves remarkable economic,environmental and social benefits.
