摘要
闪速炼铜精矿干燥尾气温度高、含湿量大,烟气经净化后直接排入大气,形成白色的湿烟羽。随着国家环保排放要求的日益提升,“烟气脱白”将逐渐成为铜冶炼厂亟需解决的问题。结合工程实例,从工艺流程及原理、工艺设计、设备选型及特性等方面介绍了湿式冷凝深度净化除雾技术在铜精矿干燥尾气处理工艺流程中的应用,为国内外同类型冶炼厂消除铜精矿干燥尾气中的湿烟羽现象、实现环保超低排放提供实际的工程参考经验。
The tail gas from flash copper smelting concentrate drying has high temperature and high moisture content.The flue gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere after purification,forming white wet plume.With the increasing requirements of national environmental protection emission,“white discoloration of gas”will gradually become an urgent problem of copper smelters.Combining with engineering examples,the paper introduces the application of wet condensation deep purification and mist removal technology in tail gas treatment of copper concentrate drying from the aspects of process flow,process principle,equipment selection and device characteristics.It provides practical engineering reference experience for similar smelters at home and abroad to eliminate the wet plume in the tail gas from copper concentrate drying and realize ultra-low emission of environmental protection.
