绿色塑料的制备及其在包装领域的应用 被引量:12

Preparation of Green Plastics and Its Application in Packaging

摘要 塑料是以树脂为原料的合成或天然的有机高分子化合物,制备成本低廉、质量轻和较强的耐候性和耐用性是塑料材料的主要特点。塑料产业的发展推动材料科学的进步,但废旧塑料所带来的环境污染问题不容忽视。在分析传统塑料对自然环境和城市环境带来的恶劣影响的基础上,提出绿色塑料的代表产品——可降解塑料,简述可降解塑料的分类和材料特点,分析完全生物降解塑料中的聚乳酸材料的性能特点和制备工艺,简述以物理法和化学法为代表的聚乳酸改性方法,分析2种方法的优缺点和适用范围。以樱桃的失重率和腐烂程度作为衡量其新鲜度的指标,对比樱桃在4种包装环境下的失重率和腐烂程度,提出TiO2/聚乳酸复合纳米纤维材料是环保塑料的研究热点和主流发展方向。 Plastic is a synthetic resin or natural organic polymer compounds;The preparation of low cost,light weight and strong weather resistance and durability is the main feature of plastic materials.The development of the plastics industry has promoted the progress of materials science,but the environmental pollution caused by waste plastics cannot be ignored.Based on analyzing the adverse effects of traditional plastic on the natural and the urban environment,a representative product of green plastic-biodegradable plastic is put forward;Classifications and material characteristics of biodegradable plastics are introduced briefly;The performance characteristics and preparation process of PLA in fully biodegradable plastics are analyzed;Methods of modification of PLA represented by physical and chemical method are described briefly;Advantages and disadvantages of these two methods and the scope of application are analyzed.Taking weight loss rate and degree of decay of cherry as its freshness indicators,the rate of weight loss and decay of cherry in four packaging environments are compared;The view of TiO2/PLA composite nanofiber material is the research hotspot and mainstream development direction of future environmental protection plastics is put forward.
