“一带一路”视域下大学英语教师素养研究 被引量:1

摘要 “一带一路”视域下,不论是从国家战略发展需要出发还是从自身发展考虑,大学英语教师都必须从实际出发不断提升自身素养。针对“一带一路”背景下的人才缺位和国际化发展趋势,结合教师素养内涵,指出新时代背景下大学英语教师应具备和提升五大素养:师德素养、英语教学专业素养、信息素养、多元文化素养和科研素养,为“一带一路”视野下大学英语教师素养提升提出一些适应时代发展的可行性策略和建议如深入学习超文化理论和构建教师学习共同体。 Under“the Belt and Road Initiative”perspective,college English teachers must continue to improve personal qualities,either for the sake of national strategic development or for personal development.In view of the shortage of talents and the international development trend under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,combined with the connotation of teacher quality,the five qualities that college English teachers should possess and improve under the background of the new era was put forward,including:teacher s ethics,language literacy for English teaching,information literacy,multicultural literacy and scientific research capability.Based on this,some feasible strategies and suggestions that adapt to the development of the times were proposed,such as in-depth study of transcultural theory and construction of teacher learning community,with the aim of improving the overall qualities of college English teachers under“the Belt and Road initiative”perspective.
