摘要
从纯铁的三种晶体结构为切入点,详细阐述了铁碳合金相图中基本相、包晶、共晶及共析反应的原理、过程、温度、成分和组织之间的关系。针对教学过程中学生存在理解困难的情况,引入金相组织观察实验,建立了相图的理论知识与材料成分、组织和性能之间的连接,为学生更好地学习铁碳合金相图理清思路。
From the three crystal structures of pure iron,the basic phases in the Iron-Carbon-Diagram,the principles and processes of peritectic,eutectic,and eutectoid reactions,the relationships between temperature,composition and structure are described.In view of the difficulties students have in understanding during the teaching process,the connection between the theoretical knowledge of the phase diagram and the composition,microstructure and properties of the material is established through metallographic observation experiments,which can help the students to clear their mind about Iron-Carbon-Diagram.
