摘要
由于传统轿厢意外移动保护隐性故障检测系统采集数据能力有限,因此检测准确度低。针对上述问题,基于机器视觉提出了一种新的轿厢意外移动保护隐性故障检测系统。采用基于CAN网络的分布式结构设计系统总体架构,分选择用于确定速度和位移的激光位移传感器,从而确定每个接触器的辅助触点接触状态,同时实现检测和保护,硬件选用LDM301精密激光测距速度传感器,引入虚拟仪器,使用CPU224XP控制器,通过安装在电梯等候厅和电梯轿厢内的摄像机实时采集电梯图像,应用机器视觉技术实现故障检测。实验结果表明,基于机器视觉的轿厢意外移动保护隐性故障检测系统具有很强的数据采集能力,检测结果准确度高于传统检测系统。
Due to the limited data collection capability of the hidden fault detection system of traditional car accidental movement protection,the detection accuracy is low.In response to the above problems,a new hidden fault detection system for accidental car movement protection is proposed based on machine vision.Adopting the overall structure of the distributed structure design system based on CAN network,the laser displacement sensors is used to determine the speed and displacement,so as to determine the auxiliary contact contact status of each contactor,and at the same time realize detection and protection.LDM301 precision laser Ranging speed sensor are used for the hardware,and virtual instruments is introduced,CPU224 XP controller is used and real-time elevator images are collected through the cameras installed in the elevator waiting hall and elevator car.Machine vision technology is used to achieve fault detection.The experimental results show that the hidden fault detection system for car accidental movement protection based on machine vision has a strong data collection capability,and the detection results are more accurate than traditional detection systems.
