摘要
油色谱分析技术是变压器早期故障检测的有效技术,但油中溶解气体没有充分的故障信息,只通过油中气体对变压器故障进行检测,结果不准确。为此,设计了一种基于元数据技术的电网变压器故障自动检测系统。系统通过硬件部分与上位机部分构成,对采集变压器数据进行处理获取元数据,提取元数据故障特征,作为人工神经网络的输入,完成一级故障检测。将一级故障检测结果输入专家系统中,依据专家系统对人类专家的思维与学习过程进行描述,利用示例匹配获取问题的解,完成电网变压器故障检测。硬件设计时,A/D转换器把采集数据传输给信号处理模块,利用ARM处理后发送给存储器,经通信模块传输给上位机实时显示。在电网变压器出现故障后,利用上位机双层检测确定故障种类,显示数据同时报警。经验证,设计系统能准确检测出各种变压器故障。
the oil chromatogram analysis technology is an effective technology for transformer early fault detection,but the dissolved gas in oil does not have sufficient fault information,and the detection result of transformer fault only through the gas in oil is not accurate.Therefore,an automatic fault detection system of power grid transformer based on metadata technology is designed.The system is composed of hardware part and upper computer part.It processes the data collected from transformer to acquire metadata and extract the fault features of metadata.As the input of artificial neural network,it completes a fault detection.The results of a fault detection are input into the expert system.According to the expert system,the thinking and learning process of human experts are described.The solution of the problem is obtained by example matching,and the fault detection of power grid transformer is completed.In the hardware design,the A/D converter transmits the collected data to the signal processing module,which is processed by arm and sent to the memory,and then transmitted to the upper computer for real-time display through the communication module.After the fault occurs in the power grid transformer,the upper computer double-layer detection is used to determine the fault type and display the data and alarm at the same time.After verification,the design system can accurately detect various transformer faults.
