摘要
我国是一个工业生产大国,在光伏组件自动化生产过程中,机械手作为生产线上的重要组成部分,发挥着不可替代的作用,因此在生产过程中,才可以保证自动化生产正常运行。在自动化生产线上,为保证机械手的高效率运行,需要对机械手的设计进行优化,本文在光伏组件的自动生产化线上,以机械手智能控制系统的原理和技术性能为标准,从机械手机机械部分和电控制部分的设计理念出发,提出了机械臂等机械制造部分的设计方案,分析并研究了光伏组件自动化生产线上机械手的设计,以期提高生产效率。
My country is a large industrial production country.In the automated production of photovoltaic modules,manipulators play an irreplaceable role as an important part of the production line.Only in the production process can the automated production run normally.In the automated production line,in order to ensure the high-efficiency operation of the manipulator,it is necessary to optimize the design of the manipulator.In the automatic production line of photovoltaic modules,the principle and technical performance of the manipulator intelligent control system are used as the standard.Starting from the design concept of the electrical control part,the design scheme of the mechanical manufacturing part such as the manipulator arm was proposed,and the design of the manipulator on the photovoltaic module automated production line was analyzed and studied,in order to improve the production effi ciency.
