战术战伤救护桌面推演教学法的应用及效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的在护理本科专业课程《野战护理学》战术战伤救护模块中开展桌面推演教学法,以期为创新一线救治训练模式提供参考。方法便利抽样法选取某军校16名护理本科生作为研究对象,利用教学案例和道具套装,为其开展4学时桌面推演教学;之后通过将其与历史同期学生测验成绩进行对照比较,以及焦点小组访谈,进行效果评价。结果本组对象测验成绩显著高于对照组学生,焦点小组访谈获取学生真实体验、学习收获与意见建议三方面主题。结论战术战伤救护桌面推演教学法,可塑造学生实战思维,以决策能力为核心,提升学生综合素质。 Objective To provide reference for the front-line rescue training mode innovation,tabletop exercise was carried out in the module of tactical combat casualty care in the course of Field Military Nursing.Methods By convenience sampling method,16 nursing undergraduates were selected as the research participants.Tabletop exercise was carried out by using simulation cases and tabletop lasted for 4 class hours.The participants’test scores were then compared with those of the peer nursing students,and focus group interviews were conducted as well,both of which were used to evaluate the effects.Results The test scores of the participants were significantly higher than those in the control group.The focus group interview obtained the experience,gains and suggestions from the students.Conclusions It is important to take learning interests as the trigger point,to shape a war-oriented thinking pattern.The decision-making ability should be focused to improve the comprehensive qualities of the students.The tabletop exercise mode can be innovated with the experience optimization.
