摘要
随着思想政治教育与信息技术的日益融合,辅导员微信公众号成为辅导员职业能力提升的有效平台,不仅要求辅导员具有过硬的思想政治素质、完备的组织管理能力、良好的教育引导能力、精准的技术操作能力以及终身学习的精神品质,还要求辅导员在运营中把握主导性、生活性和价值参与原则。基于辅导员微信公众号的运营,辅导员应从理论提升、能力提升、比较提升三个方面拓展自身能力。
With the increasing integration of ideological and political education and information technology,counselors'WeChat public account has become an effective platform for counselors'professional capabilities improvement.It not only requires counselors to have excellent ideological and political qualities,complete organizational management capabilities,good education and guidance capabilities,accurate technical operation ability and the spiritual quality of lifelong learning,but also requires counselors to grasp the principles of dominance,life and value participation in operations.Based on the operation of the counselor's WeChat public account,counselors should expand their abilities from three aspects of theoretical improvement,ability improvement,and comparative improvement.
