摘要
以无锡科技职业学院吴地非遗实训基地项目建设为研究对象,以项目成本管理中的挣得值法为理论研究基础,提出了基于挣得值法的实训基地项目建设进度绩效偏差监督方法,并且画出挣得值曲线图以及柱状图作为参考评价。经实践分析,该方法具有一定的实用性和普适性。
Taking Wu Di intangible cultural heritage training base project construction of Wuxi Professional College of Science and Technology as the research object and based on the earned value method in project cost management as the theoretical research foundation,the paper proposes the deviation supervision method and draws the earned value graph and histogram as reference.Through practical analysis,the method has certain practicability and universality.
