摘要
二氧化硫的分析方法有碘量法、定电位电解法、自动滴定碘量法、非分散红外吸收法、紫外吸收法、甲醛吸收-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法(简称甲醛法)等。由于甲醛法方法灵敏,适用于低浓度二氧化硫的测定而多被采用。本文通过实验,确定了方法的检出限及检测下限;通过标准物质分析及加标回收试验,方法的准确度和精密度均可满足分析要求。同时,在室温20℃显色,探讨了不同显色时间对标准曲线斜率的影响。
The analytical methods of sulfur dioxide include Iodometry,Fixed potential electrolysis method,Automatic titration iodometry,Non-dispersive infrared absorption method,Ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry,Formaldehyde absorption-pararosaniline hydrochloride(Formaldehyde method)and so on.Because of the sensitivity of Formaldehyde method,it is suitable for the determination of low concentration SO2.In this paper,the detection limit and lower limit of the method were determined by experiments,and the accuracy and precision of the method could meet the requirements of analysis by standard material analysis and spike-and-recovery test.At the same time,the effect of different color rendering time on the slope of the standard curve was discussed at 20℃room temperature.
