摘要
目的探讨中医移情护理、视频健康宣教联合用于类风湿关节炎(RA)稳定期患者对功能恢复及康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年12月~2019年12月在盘锦辽油宝石花医院诊治的RA稳定期患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组再加中医移情干预和视频健康宣教护理,观察两组的心理状态、自我效能、自我管理能力、关节功能等情况。结果观察组干预后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)评分高于对照组,康复总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的关节功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RA稳定期患者治疗期加强中医移情护理和视频健康宣教干预,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高其自我效能和自我管理能力,提高疾病整体康复效果,有助于患者关节功能获得更理想改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)empathy nursing and video health education on functional recovery and rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in stable stage.Methods A total of 90 patients with RA in stable stage who were treated in Panjin Liaohe Oilfield Gem Flower Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group added the TCM empathy intervention and video health education and nursing,the improvement of patients′psychological state,self-efficacy,self-management ability and joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and general self-efficacy scale-Schwarzer(GSES)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of rating scale of health self-management skill for adults(AHSMRS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total effective rate of rehabilitation was 93.33%,higher than that in the control group(77.78%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with stable RA,TCM empathy nursing and video health education intervention should be strengthened,which can effectively improve the patients′negative emotion,improve their self-efficacy and self-management ability,promote the improvement of the overall rehabilitation effect of disease,and help patients to get more ideal improvement of joint function.
