摘要
以建筑固废物为来源,经加工制作成再生混凝土,可起到节能环保效果。本文以再生骨料砂浆覆盖率为考察因素,研究不同砂浆覆盖率对再生混凝土基本性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:再生混凝土的吸水率随砂浆覆盖率的增大而逐渐增大,高吸水率对混凝土的耐久性能极为不利。随着砂浆覆盖率的变化混凝土强度表现出不同的变化趋势。当覆盖率小于60%时,再生骨料对抗拉强度具有增益效果。综合各性能的影响,提出再生骨料砂浆覆盖率应控制在40%以内的参考范围。
It can save energy and protect environment by making recycled concrete from the solid waste of construction.In this paper,the coverage rate of recycled aggregate mortar is used to investigate the factors to study the influence of different mortar coverage on the basic performance of recycled concrete.The test results show that the water absorption rate of recycled concrete gradually increases with the increase of the mortar coverage rate,and the high water absorption rate is extremely detrimental to the durability of concrete.With the change of mortar coverage,the concrete strength shows different trends.When the coverage rate is less than 60%,the recycled aggregate has a gain effect on the tensile strength.Based on the influence of various properties,it is proposed that the recycled aggregate mortar coverage should be controlled within a reference range of 40%.
