摘要
在风储联合系统的风功率平滑控制中提出一种优化电池分组控制的充放电能量不平衡状态的改进控制策略。给出风储联合系统电池分组充放电控制的原理和数学模型,构建电池分组控制中充放电能量不平衡度指标,并根据该指标设计了改进控制策略,动态调整每个控制周期内风储联合系统参考输出功率以及每组电池充放电功率,同时研究了风功率预测误差对充放电能量不平衡状态的影响。基于Matlab/Simulink的仿真结果表明,相较于传统策略,所提改进策略能够很好地改善分组电池充放电能量不平衡度,优化各电池组充放电深度,而且在存在风功率预测误差时仍具有良好的适应性和优越性。
To smooth the fluctuation of wind power,an improved control strategy based on battery grouping control was proposed.The charge⁃discharge control principle and mathematical model of battery grouping control were given.The imbalance index of charge⁃discharge energy in battery grouping control was designed.According to the imbalance index,the reference output power of wind⁃storage system and the charge⁃discharge power of each battery group was dynamically adjusted.At the same time,the influence of wind power prediction error on the imbalance state of charge⁃discharge energy was studied.Finally,the proposed strategy was verified by Matlab/Simulink.The results show that compared with the conventional strategy,the proposed strategy can improve the imbalance of charge⁃discharge energy,and optimize the depth of charge⁃discharge of each battery group.What's more,the proposed strategy is superior when wind power prediction error exists.
