梯级水光蓄协调优化控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 我国新能源渗透率不断提高,新能源出力对电网安全稳定运行产生较大影响;利用梯级水电的连续库容和水电机组的快速调节能力可平滑光伏出力,提高电网的安全性能。文章从电源侧角度出发,基于丰水期和枯水期2个典型应用场景,详细介绍了梯级水电、光伏及抽蓄协调优化控制系统的结构配置和功能设计,并对控制策略进行了工程化算例分析。仿真结果表明,丰水期和枯水期梯级水光蓄联合运行出力平均波动率分别为1.7%和1.9%,均低于3%的调度要求。研究结果可为其他工程改善区域电网的电能质量及提高新能源的就地消纳能力提供参考。 The penetration rate of new energy is increasing,and the output of new energy has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid.The continuous storage capacity of cascade hydropower and the rapid regulation ability of hydropower units can smooth the photovoltaic output and improve the security performance of power grid.Based on the two typical application scenarios of wet season and dry season,this paper introduces the structure configuration and function design of cascade hydropower,photovoltaic and pumped storage coordinated optimization control system,and analyzes the control strategy by engineering examples.The simulation results show that the average fluctuation rates of the output of the cascade hydropower,photovoltaic and pumped storage combined operation are 1.7%and 1.9%respectively in wet season and dry season.All of them are lower than 3%of the dispatching requirements.The results of the study can provide reference for improving the power quality of other areas.
