双流道涡壳铸件的工艺改进

摘要 介绍了双流道蜗壳铸件结构特点及工艺难点,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,针对首次试生产的铸件法兰面出现的气孔缺陷进行了分析,并通过对比改进工艺试验,得出最优的铸造工艺:取消法兰面侧面的冷铁,改用2个发热冒口。经过生产验证,铸件的工艺出品率由原来的56%提升至76%,铸件成品率由原来的30%提升至94%,由此得出结论:为防止铸件法兰面出现气孔,需要从法兰面引入铁液,提高法兰面铁液温度,并取消法兰处冷铁,使铁液不会过早凝固,进而使气体能够及时排出,从而防止气孔缺陷产生。 The structural characteristics and technological difficulties of double-runner volute castings were introduced.The production process of the castings was elaborated in detail.According to the analysis of the pore defects on the flange surface in first trial production,and comparisons and improvements,the optimal casting process was concluded:the cold iron on the side of the flange surface was eliminated,and two heating risers were used instead.After production verification,the production rate of castings had increased from 56%to 76%,and the yield of castings had increased from 30%to 94%.It was concluded that in order to prevent porosity on the flange surface of the casting,it was necessary to introduce molten iron from the flange surface,increase the temperature of the molten iron on the flange surface,and cancel the cold iron at the flange.So that the molten iron will not solidify prematurely,and then the gas could be discharged in time to prevent the occurrence of pore defects.
