摘要
为保证核电站的运行效率和系统安全,核电站控制室的人机接口设计应考虑人因工程的要求。控制室布置和盘台的设计需综合考虑人体尺寸、人的动作范围和视觉特征等人的客观情况,并满足任务本身和相关标准的要求。本文综述了控制室布置和盘台设计的相关标准导则,总结了与控制室布置、工作站设计、信息显示以及控制器相关的设计参数和工效学要求,在此基础上,探讨了在控制室人机接口设计与评估中需要注意的问题,为相关领域的设计和评估活动提供参考。
In order to ensure efficient operation and system safety of nuclear power plants,the design of human-system interface in control rooms requires considerations of human factors.The layout of control rooms and workstation design require comprehensive considerations of objective human abilities such as human body dimensions,motion range,and visual characteristics.The design should meet the requirements of both tasks and corresponding standards.This paper summarizes the standards and guidelines related to the layout of control rooms and workstation design.It then describes the design parameters and ergonomic requirements related to the aspects of control room layout,workstation design,information display,as well as control device design.Based on the review,this paper discusses the important issues in human-system interface design and evaluation,and provides recommendations for works in the related domain.
