摘要
某公司循环水系统采用闭式循环水,内循环补水采用脱盐水,外循环采用中水回用水和净化水,上水压力设计0.55 MPa,回收压力设计0.25 MPa,压差大于0.3 MPa。但是由于设计问题,用量较大的装置在循环水系统的近端,用量小的装置在循环水的末端,导致末端装置的压差只有0.03 MPa,不能满足装置各设备换热要求。为解决该问题,经过增加管道增压泵,提高循环水压差,保证了各设备的正常运行。
Closed circulating water is used in the circulating water system of a company,desalted water is used for internal circulating makeup water and reclaimed water and purified water is used for external circulation.The feed water pressure is designed to be 0.55 MPa,the recovery pressure is designed to be 0.25 MPa,and the pressure difference is greater than 0.3 MPa.However,due to design problems,the device with large consumption is near the circulating water system,and the device with small consumption is at the end of the circulating water system.As a result,the pressure difference of the end device is only 0.03 MPa,which can not meet the heat exchange requirements of each equipment.In order to solve the problem,the pipeline booster pump was added to improve the circulating water pressure difference,so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
