摘要 甲醇是应用最为广泛的有机原料及有机溶剂之一,同时甲醇精馏是甲醇生产重点监控的过程之一,对有效控制生产成本和提高企业的经济效益至关重要。基于此,在介绍甲醇三塔精馏流程的基础上,分析了甲醇精馏过程的操作要点,并提出了三塔精馏工艺流程的改造建议,随后探讨了基于PLC的甲醇精馏工艺控制,以真正实现甲醇三塔精馏工艺改进和过程控制,为甲醇生产企业获取更优质的甲醇及更高的效益提供参考。 Methanol is one of the most widely used organic raw materials and organic solvents.At the same time,methanol distillation is one of the key monitoring processes of methanol production,which is very important to effectively control the production cost and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the operation points of methanol distillation process on the basis of introducing methanol distillation process with three towers,and puts forward some suggestions for reforming the three-tower distillation process in order to realize the improvement and process control of methanol three-tower distillation process,providing reference for methanol production enterprises to obtain better methanol and higher benefit.
